Luleka Gantsho

As the Eastern Cape Provincial Convener, Luleka Gantsho leads Hi-Gitters’ agricultural development agenda with a focus on community empowerment and food security. Her background in education has shaped her into a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of inclusive learning and social development. Luleka has facilitated national water and sanitation programs, demonstrating her ability to engage diverse stakeholders and promote environmental awareness.

 

Her professional development includes workshops on cognitive diversity in education, and she holds a Secondary Teacher’s Diploma and a Certificate in Environmental Education. Her leadership style is collaborative, empathetic, and driven by a passion for sustainable growth.
